What Is SPRING CLEANING?

Do you ever wish you could start over in one area of your life?  Do you constantly think about a past mistake?  If given the chance, would you go back and correct an error in judgment?  We all have a little baggage.  Whether it’s a behaviour or pattern you’ve been wanting to kick for a little while, a looming resentment, or lingering shame or guilt related to something in your past, many of us have histories that hold a lot of weight and take up space in our lives.  But let me tell you, there is a solution.  And it comes in the form of a personal reset.

We aren't bound by our past. To make things right, we can’t stay in a place of fear, hatred (or self-hatred), denial, or isolation. In order to move on, we need to make space.  To feel like our most aligned, authentic and true selves, we must clean out the old stories, the old thoughts, and the old energies.  Before we can achieve meaningful goals, we need to clear out old ideas.

If you’ve poked around caelaberry.com lately you may have noticed that I’m running an upcoming pilot program called SPRING CLEANING.  This program is two-fold: most importantly, we will tackle the issues that may be holding you back.  We will move towards them, get curious about them, understand them, take responsibility for them, and adopt a method that will prevent us from accumulating these issues in the future.  Secondly, I want to make this program as useful and accessible as possible, and I need your help!  As part of a pilot, I will be requesting that participants assist me in co-creating this course.

Requirements

  • This process requires honesty.  If you are open to being compassionately honest with yourself, this program is for you.

  • This process requires willingness - to be vulnerable, to see things differently

  • This process requires patience.  This is not a quick and easy guide to happiness.  It will give you a lifelong tool for long term peace.

Let’s do this thing.  Let’s start fresh.
